Jerry Brunetti
Jerry Brunetti founded Agri-Dynamics in 1979. The company provides holistic sustainable consulting and products for ecological and certified organic livestock agriculture, including soil chemistry, soil biology, plant and animal nutriton, and natural remedies to replace pharmacuetials. Jerry also founded Earthworks in 1991 to advise landscapers and golf courses on sustainable practices that encourage less dependence on petrochemical-based fertilizers and pesticides. He serves on the steering committee of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation and as the chairperson of the Mt. Bethel Township Environmental Advisory Council.

Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD
Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD graduated with Honours as a Medical Doctor in 1984 from Bashkir Medical University in Russia. She gained a Postgraduate Degree in Neurology at the Moscow Medical University and a postgraduate Degree in Human Nutrition at Sheffield University, UK.
Dr. Campbell-McBride founded and is senior partner at the Cambridge Nutrition Clinic. She specializes in using nutrition as a treatment, and has become recognised as one of the world’s leading experts in treating children and adults with learning disabilities and other mental disorders, as well as children and adults with digestive and immune disorders. She created the probiotic BioKult specifically for GAPS patients.
She is the author of Gut And Psychology Syndrome and Put You Heart In Your Mouth! She is a Member of The Society of Authors, and is a regular contributing health editor to a number of magazines and newsletters.

Sally Fallon, MA
Sally Fallon, MA (President and Treasurer), is a journalist, chef, nutrition researcher, homemaker, and community activist. She is the author of Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats. This well-researched, thought-provoking guide to traditional foods contains a startling message: Animal fats and cholesterol are not villains but vital factors in the diet, necessary for normal growth, proper function of the brain and nervous system, protection from disease and optimum energy levels.
She is the president and owner of NewTrends Publishing, serving as editor and publisher of Nourishing Traditions, The Cholesterol Myths by Uffe Ravnskov, MD, PhD; The Untold Story of Milk by Ron Schmid, ND; The Yoga of Eating by Charles Eisenstein; The Fourfold Path to Healing by Thomas Cowan, MD; and The Whole Soy Story (December 2004) by Kaayla T. Daniel, PhD.
Ms. Fallon received a Bachelor's Degree in English with honors from Stanford University, and Master's Degree in English with high honors from UCLA. She has served as president of her local citizens group and is actively involved in community landscaping projects. She speaks French and Spanish. Her interests include music, gardening, metaphysics . . . and of course cooking.

Karen Lubbers
Karen Lubbers holds a Master’s Degree from Western Michigan University in Sociology and taught in a secondary alternative program for the Grand Rapids Public School for ten years. She then served as CEO of Lubbers Resource Systems, an award winning waste reduction and recycling program for the commercial/industrial sector. She and her husband currently operate a sustainable farm in West Michigan offering meats, a cow share program, and a bakery. She has served on numerous environmental boards and was a founding member of Nourishing Ways of West Michigan, a local chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation.
